Founded in 1992 by Mr. Lee Kang Hwa, K. H. Lee Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd (KHLEE) began as a one-man operation, with Mr. Lee personally operating an excavator and providing for-hire excavation services and supervision of civil works.
From these humble beginnings, the company grew to become a trusted name in the underground utilities infrastructure industry with a reputation for reliability, diligence, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
